Kalindria felt a sudden loss as he leaned back for a moment, reflecting momentarily upon his decision to make this forward movement with her. This however, gave her mind a moment to wake up and she realized that perhaps, although she quite enjoyed what it was they were up to, maybe it was working just a bit too fast, though, as his lips returned to hers with greater fervor, her thoughts were swept back to the corner of her incredible mind, temporarily forgotten.
They remained on their perspective seats, exploring one another lips, and bodies with their hands, how long this went on, was not known to her, though she delighted in every moment. Now, her lips trailed from his, running along the strong edge of his jaw now, up to his ear and then down, where she paused her lips so lightly brushing against the flesh of his neck, her heart pounding with her effort to keep from sinking her teeth deep within his flesh, before she brought her lips back up to his again and hovered over his slightly, barely touching.
“I, think.. It’s best we stop, before we go too far.” She said in a breathless whisper.
This was perhaps one of the hardest things for her to do, but her will was strong and she definitely didn’t want to loose the opportunity to continue seeing Faust in the near, and far future by allowing their little game go any further, after all, the best things are always well worth waiting for, and now that she had a taste, she would continue to hunger for him, and there would be plenty of opportunities for the two of them to further this delightful adventure.

He knew she was right. He touched her hand gently, though somewhat sadly. They shouldn't rush into things, that could lead to mistakes and the loss of their new friendship. He wanted to be sure he really wanted a relationship with her, a romantic relationship.
"I know." He told her. "We should stop, it would be a mistake to go so quickly." He smiled lightly, though he was disappointed in not being able to continue their game.
"Maybe we can meet up before the ball?" He asked. "And I still want that first dance." He stood up, now slightly embaraced at what he had done, it was uncalled for, that kiss. His mind had a chance to see everything, not the here and now, but the future, about what may lay in store for them.

Kalindria stood along with him, and then reach out and took his hand in hers and turned him to face her, her emerald gaze soft. “Please don’t go yet, I would like to spend a few more moments with you, would you accompany me at least as far as my borders, we could talk more of this dance of yours, and perhaps meeting beforehand.” She said to him, her voice whisper soft in his ears, her eyes searching his for a few moments.
Was it him I had slept so long for? Could he be the one, this God-Like creature, this incredible mind?” She mused to herself as she looked at him.
“Of course, the first dance, and any dance…” She told him before lightly kissing his cheek with soft lips, lingering close to him for a few moments before stepping back again.

"I promise," He said to her. "that I will have made my decision by the end of the ball."
He held her gently to his chest as he had set her lips to his cheek. Each second she had them there was bliss to him, though when she pulled them away he felt saddened again. He nodded and gripped her hand and started walking with Kalindria.
"I must apologize about my leaving." He told her. "I gave my bodyguard the day off, yet I surmise she'll be returning to the castle soon. She'll get upset if I'm not there for her to look after." He shook his head as he remembered Eve's soft face, the smiled as he imagined the look she'd have if she found out he'd stole away.
He hired the young slayer as a bodyguard. She seemingly took it too much to heart and has, ever since they met, been distant. She claimed it was so they wouldn't grow attached, that annoyed Faust beyond imagining. He wished to have a good relationship with her, though each attempt was rejected by the slayer.

They walked hand in hand, Kalindria listened to his voice once again as he spoke.
“You have taken a liking to her.” She said softly. “She sounds like she knows what she’s talking about though, don’t push her too hard, you will only push her away all the further…” She finished, her hand closing a slight more about his. “Though, you are right, it would be nice if the two of you had a better relationship, but I suspect you are in her heart already, I would be willing to bet, she‘d lay her life down for you happily.” She finished with that line of thought and then was quiet for a few more moments as their feet found their way out of the caves and up into the surrounding lands.
“Is there a lake amidst my territory some place?” She asked, hopefully. though this was something she could eventually find on her own, she decided to ask him instead, just for the sake of knowing.

"Yes, there is, a large one." He said, pointing to the east. "Lets go." He started walking toward the lake with her, it would take about ten minutes of walking.
"Yes well, she would die for me even if she hated me, its her job." He sighed. "And I am not sure if its a liking, per say, maybe more than that. She is an interesting woman. She's a druid too, and looks the part. Bright eyes, brown hair, athletic, very close to nature just by the looks of her." He smiled fondly as he viewed her in his head.

“I see…” She responded and was quiet for several long moments as they walked towards the lake.
“Do you have the time for a swim?” She asked quietly as they approached, though she could not yet see the lake, she could feel the cool air and smell the water as they got closer.
“She sounds delightful, I hope to meet her, and I know she’d die for you because it is her job, but I think that she would any way.” She replied then and smile.
“I would.” She thought to her self, though she wouldn’t say it out loud, she knew her questions had been answered fro her as to her feelings towards this male, this… Faust.

"Well..." He said, pulling out a watch and glancing down at it. "Maybe a small swim. If I'm late it won't be end of the world." He smiled at her as he saw the trees part to reveal a large crystal lake in front of them both.
"I am going to ask her to share a dance at the ball." He said casually. "Though I figure she'll decline and reject me as usual I guess I should still ask." He smiled slightly and took off his boots.
"Ladies first." He said, gesturing to the lake.

“Of course.” She said, her tone light as her eyes searched the span of the lake, as far as she could see, an almost dreamy look in them as she let her cloak slide form her shoulders then walked to the edge of the lake and likewise let her dress fall about her body to pool about her ankle, leaving her naked in the moonlight, her soft, ivory skin glowing against he dark background of the lake. Then she dove in, disappeared for several moments and resurfaced a few yards out, smiling.
“Now this is nice.” She said with a relaxed tone as she leaned slightly back and allowed herself to float just below the surface.

While Kalindria had undressed Faust had cast her an interested eye. With each article of clothing she shed it seemed she was growing more beautiful. His eyes ran across her shoulders, past her smooth back and finally down her long, slender legs. He smiled as he undid his clothes, though he he much more on than she did.
He removed his shirt, then trenchcoat and put them by his boots. He took off his pants then undergarments before quickly following her. His extremely long white hair seemed to trail behind him and fan out elegantly in the water. It all floated on the surface like some plant and seemed to add to the intrigue of the lord.
He smiled as the water rippled around him and he stood in the water quietly, looking around pleasently as the cool water caressed his bare skin.

Kalindria caught a glimpse of him as he entered the water, a smile once again turned up the corners of her lips as she watched him, gazed at what, in her eyes, was perfection.
“Feels good, just to let the water take you in its cool grasp and take you where it goes.” she said softly, her eyes once again turning to look up into the great expanse above them, allowing the moon to lighten her eyes as her blonde locks floated like long silken strands of fine grass out and around her face and just below the surface, shining through the water.
“What is her name again?” She asked, seemingly out of the blue.

He looked curiously at Kalindria as if to ask why she was wondering, but he answered without a question attatched. "Here name is Eve." He informed her.
Eve was only a year younger than he, it looked as if there was no real age difference between the two. Faust remembered how when he had run ill that she cared for him, her usual persona of seriousness gone and replaced with a look and act the he hadn't seen before. Yet when Faust had recovered, even slightly, Eve went back to being distant and seemingly 'only his bodygaurd'.

“Eve…” She repeated her name and let it soak into her mind for a moment before she looked away from her moon.
There had been a reason she asked the name, she wanted to hear him say it, hear the fondness in his voice as he did and, indeed, it was there.
“Eve and you are very close then, I hope she dances with you at your ball.” She said, quietly. “She sounds so wonderful..” She said, just before she turned over and took off, swimming now more towards the center of the lake until she was far away from him and once again turned over on her back and looked up at the stars, her eyes not really seeing them this time, her mind working on other matters.

"I am fond of her." He replied. "And I do wish for her to dance with me." He sighed and leaned back to let the water cover the majority of his body.
"I'm not sure how I truely feel about her though." He confessed. He let the water gently float him a for a few feet before straightening up again.
He felt his feet touch the sandy bed under the water and he felt that the water had risen to his shoulders where he was standing. It was relaxing, to say the least.

After a few more moments of silence, Kalindria slipped below the surface and out of sight. She reemerged behind Faust and splashed him lightly with water and smiled.
“Then we should make sure she dances with you, make it an order.” She smiled that regal and most mischievous grin only she could pull off, making her look a bit evil in the light and shadows that crossed her face just then.
